Standard Shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Your order will be shipped via UPS unless you arrange with us to use your own freight account. Orders are usually fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days and deliveries can take up to 10 days. Larger orders may require more time.You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will show the carrier and tracking number.

Domestic Express Shipping

For pricing and timing information with expedited orders, please call Customer Service at 800-285-8957 during our regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT or email customerservice@bodybackb2b.com . Please have your completed order number ready.

Shipping International Orders

Customers who are not shipping to the continental United States must place an inquiry before an order can be made. To place an inquiry, add the items you would like to the cart, after entering shipping information enter the code: PENDING in the ‘Order Code’ field and select the ‘QUOTE NEEDED’ shipping option. You will not be billed for inquiries. Once an inquiry has been made, we will calculate shipping through UPS and contact you within 3 days for approval. If you would like to use your own courier service you will need to leave a comment on the cart page comment field or email us at international@bodybackb2b.com.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for all import taxes, duty, and/or brokerage fees that may be assessed by the destination country. If you have any questions on international deliveries, contact a customer service representative at 800-285-8957 or by email at customerservice@bodybackb2b.com .

We are confident that all Body Back products will arrive in first quality condition. All sales are final. However, if a product is damaged or defective, we will replace it. To provide you with the best service, please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival/receipt. Contact Body Back Company at returns@bodyback2b.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after receipt.

Every Body Back Buddy Self-Massage Tool, Body Back Jr., and DaVinci Tool is made in the USA from the highest quality materials and comes backed by a lifetime warranty. If your tool ever breaks or structurally fails in any way, we will replace it for free.

All of our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year, except Body Back Buddy, Body Back Jr., and DaVinci Tool which are warranted for a lifetime.
