Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Your order will be shipped via UPS unless you arrange with us to use your own freight account. Orders are usually fulﬁlled within 3 to 5 business days and deliveries can take up to 10 days. Larger orders may require more time.You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will show the carrier and tracking number.

Customers in Oregon may choose to avoid shipping costs by opting to collect orders in our Ashland or Portland locations. Customers in select California and Washington cities may also collect orders locally.
Please note: Only Body Back Buddy and Jr products may be collected locally in Portland. If your order contains more than Body Back Buddy products, local pickup in Portland is not available until the additional products are removed.
Domestic Express Shipping:

Shipping International Orders:
Customers who are not shipping to the continental United States must place an inquiry before an order can be made. To place an inquiry, add the items you would like to the cart, after entering shipping information enter the code: PENDING in the ‘Order Code’ field and select the ‘QUOTE NEEDED’ shipping option. You will not be billed for inquiries. Once an inquiry has been made, we will calculate shipping through UPS and contact you within 3 days for approval. If you would like to use your own courier service you will need to leave a comment on the post-checkout page comment field or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

United States Flat Rate Shipping
Full Case Shipping
All full case boxes will be shipped at a flat rate price when ordered alone or with other full cases. This does not include 5 packs, singles or bundles. Any order containing products in less than full case quantities will not qualify for Single Product Case Shipping.
Mixed Case Shipping
Orders containing a variety of products in less than full case quantities will be calculated as a percentage of subtotal.
Exclusions Customers in Oregon, select counties in Washington and select counties in California may opt for Local Pickup which will remove shipping charges.
